The Help Center replaces contact us forms and is designed to get you the answers you need more quickly.
Type a keyword or phrase into the search box. Relevant article links will pop up. Choose the article that best answers your question.
Getting in touch with our team
Sometimes you will not be able to get the answers you need in the Help Center. For these questions we have installed Help Bots. You will find them in the lower right hand corner of the Help Center and on several other pages. The help bot will tell you when you are likely to receive an answer to your message and also offer you an article search. Please note that we do not answer inquiries on weekends or US national holidays. Weekday hours of operation are 10am to 3pm PT. Please provide you full name, screenshots of error messages and any other pertinent information about your issue so that we may be more efficient is assisting you with your issue.
If you send a message, we will assign it to the correct teammate and you will get a reply in the bot and at the email you provided. You can ask follow up questions in the bot or directly from your inbox. which is a feature many members have requested. As we are a small staff professional association with members in over 100 countries, we are unable to provide phone support.
Rules of engagement
Sometimes, you may not like the answers you receive. Please keep in mind that we cannot override policy or disregard rules and regulations that govern associations such as ours. Please don’t take out your frustration on us by calling us names, threatening our organization, using all caps, etc. – We may look like bots, but we are all human beings. Such behavior may violate the Code of Ethics and result in suspension of your membership.
