I don't have an Easyjet account?

You need to manage your Easyjet booking, but your Easyjet account is linked to another email address, or you don't have an Easyjet account.

When you book your Easyjet flights via Butter, an Easyjet account is created with your email address that you have used with Butter. Your Easyjet booking can be managed through this email address on the Easyjet website. Here's how to access it:

  1. Visit the Password Reset section of the Easyjet website.

2. Enter the email address on your booking (this will also be the email address on your Butter account) and click Confirm.

3. You will receive a Reset Password email from Easyjet. Click the link and choose a password.

4. Now you have access to your new Easyjet account. Follow the instructions in How to manage your Easyjet booking using your new account details.

Please note: Changes, amendments, adding baggage, choosing seats and adding extras is done with Easyjet directly and may incur additional charges from Easyjet. It is not possible to spread the cost of these additional services using your Butter account.
