Why am I not receiving the SMS verification code (OTP)?

If you are not receiving the verification code, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Poor mobile signal reception — please move to an area with better signal and try again.

  2. You have exceeded the daily SMS request limit — please try again after 00:00 (midnight) the next day.

  3. The SMS may have been automatically filtered or blocked by your phone as a “likely scam” message.

We recommend that you:

  • Check your blocked messages or spam SMS folder

  • Review your phone’s SMS filtering or security settings

  • Temporarily disable SMS spam filtering and request the OTP again
