Setting Substitution Preferences

When using buymie, your personal shoppers will take great care in ensuring you get exactly what you want with every order.

The best way to achieve this is to set your substitution preferences as you require. Setting your preferences will help ensure your personal shopper can give you the best products for your order.

Substitution Refunds

Don't worry if your shopper can't find similar products as an alternative or you do not want the items to be substituted; those items will be marked as removed by your shopper and will not be included in your total grocery cost.

If a substitution is of a higher or lower value than your original item, the change will be reflected in your total grocery cost used to calculate your final order cost.
