As part of your account registration, you will need to provide a contact number on which your shopper will contact you.
If a shopper cannot reach you, they will only be able to wait up to 15 minutes for a call back as they may need to move on to their next order.
Your shopper may return your items to the store, and your order will be rescheduled or cancelled.
A fee of €/£15 will be applied to your account to pay your personal shopper for their time and effort in attempting to fulfil your order.
