As part of your account registration, you will need to provide a contact number on which your shopper will contact you. 

If a shopper cannot reach you, they will only be able to wait up to 15 minutes for a call back as they may need to move on to their next order. 

Your shopper may return your items to the store, and a refund may be processed back to your account. This refund will not include the delivery cost or any chilled items contained in your order, which cannot be returned to the store.
