Accepting Payments
At buymie, we are an entirely cashless service. This means that we only accept payments made through Google & Apple Pay or debit/credit cards.
Placing Your First Order
The first time you place an order on our platform, you will need to input the details of your debit/credit card. This can be done at checkout or in your My Account menu. Once the details are entered, they will be securely stored with Stripe, our third-party payment systems provider.
This ensures the safety of your details while also providing you with the ease of not having to enter your card details each time you place an order.
Alternatively, you can pay with Google or Apple Pay which will use the details you've configured on your phone.
Updating Card Details
You can update your card details (such as the expiry date) in the My Account settings of your app.
Secure Payment Processing
All payment information is processed by our trusted third-party payment processing partner, Stripe. Stripe is certified to PCI service provider level for the highest data security.
