Once you have built your ambassador application form, you're going to want to start collecting applicants to join your program. Below I cover how to find your applicants and review their applications, and how to approve them -- even if you have multiple program tiers.

**Please note: If either of our auto-accept features is switched on, this manual approval process may not be necessary, as some (or all) of the ambassador applicants will automatically be accepted & assigned to your default program tier.

How to review and approve ambassador applications

1. Navigate to 'View New Applicants'

Go to the "Ambassador Log" on the left-side menu of the app and then click the button at the top right that says "View New Applicants".

Now, you will see a pop-up that shows you a list of all your new applicants.

2. Review your applications

To view each of your applicants, simply click the eye icon on their respective row in the New Applicant List.

You will then see the individual's application inputs.

3. Approve or decline your applicants

To approve or decline all or multiple applicants at once, make sure you are looking at the main list of applicants in the 'View New Applicants' pop-up. Then, select all of the checkboxes of the applications you want to approve or decline.

To APPROVE the applicants into your Default program tier, click the yellow 'Approve into [tier name]' button.

To APPROVE the applicants into any of your other (non-default) program tiers, click the dropdown arrow on the right side of the yellow 'Approve into [tier name]' button. You will then see a list of your other tiers appear. Simply click the tier you want the selected ambassadors to be approved into.

To DECLINE the selected applicants, simply click the purple 'Decline' button.

You can also approve one applicant at a time by clicking that same eye icon to view their individual profile and using the same 'Approve into [tier name]' button at the top.
