In some cases, you may want to directly invite certain individuals to apply for your ambassador program, instead of just using your landing page as a general directory to the application. These invites can often really help in recruiting ambassadors, because they are more personal!
To do this, first make sure that your "You're invited to apply" email is edited to your liking. This is important as you want to make sure the email that is being sent is branded, professional, and enticing.
Once the email is good to go, now you just need to send it out!
How to send the application invitation email
1. Navigate to the 'Send Application Form' function
Navigate to your "Ambassador Form" page and click the "Send Application Form" button.
2. Send the email via the pop-up
You will then see a pop-up appear. This pop-up will allow you to type in or paste the email address(es) of one or more individuals who you want to receive the Application Invitation email.
Just type the correct email address in the "email" field, click the 'spacebar' on your keyboard, and select the "Send Email" button.
Can I paste multiple email addresses from a spreadsheet? Absolutely! You can select and copy the email addresses from the file then paste them directly into the "email" field in the pop-up. Once you have done this, click the "Send Email" button.
