💡 Why the Prices Look Different
When you add bulk swag products to your Stadium Shop, some items may display “As low as” pricing in the shop catalog. This is also called tiered pricing or bulk pricing.
Tiered pricing means the price per item decreases as the order quantity increases. The catalog displays the lowest available per-unit price to highlight potential savings on larger orders.
For example:
Shop catalog: An item may display “As low as 874 Pts.”
Product detail page: The same item may show a price of 1,035 Pts for a quantity of one.
The product detail page shows the per-unit price for the selected quantity. The lower catalog price applies when the order quantity qualifies for the corresponding bulk price.
🧠 Important: This tiered pricing display only applies to shops with bulk swag products enabled. Shops that only use on-demand or single-item swag won't see this pricing behavior.
If you prefer to show just one price per item (regardless of quantity), you can turn off bulk pricing in your shop settings.
🟢 How to Turn On Bulk Pricing in Your Shop
If you'd like to hide volume discount pricing and show only the minimum quantity pricing for all products, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Shops Page
Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
Navigate to Shops
In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page.
Select Your Live Shop
On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops, then click on the specific shop you'd like to access.
🔍Filter Shops by Owner (For Company Workspace Users):
If you have permission to access and manage shared shops, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view shops created by other users in your Company Workspace.

Turn On Bulk Prices
Navigate to the SETTINGS tab,
Click on SWAG SETTINGS,
Then click on the toggle button to turn it on.
Save Changes and Confirmation
Once the toggle button turns green, click on SAVE CHANGES.
A confirmation message will show in the top corner of the screen once successful.
🛠️ How to Turn Off Bulk Pricing in Your Shop
If you'd like to hide volume discount pricing and show only the minimum quantity pricing for all products, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Shops Page

Turn Off Bulk Prices
Navigate to the Settings tab,
Click on SWAG SETTINGS,
Then click on the toggle button to turn it off.
Save Changes and Confirmation
Once the toggle button turns grey, click on SAVE CHANGES.
A confirmation message will show at the top corner of the screen once successful.
