Access Orders Page
Navigate to the Orders Page
Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
Click on the left-facing arrow ( ห ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to the Orders page
In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Orders" to access your order details.
Filter Sent Gifts by Sender in My Orders ๐
Follow these steps to filter sent gifts by a specific user:
Step 1: Open Sent Gifts ๐ค
Go to the SENT GIFTS tab
Step 2: Apply Sender Filter ๐งฉ
Click the dropdown next to FILTER
In the filter modal, find the OWNED BY section
Select the user(s) you want to filter by.
You can also use the search bar to quickly find a specific user.
If needed, you can also filter by order status to view orders with a specific status.
Step 3: Apply Filters โ
Click APPLY FILTERS to update the results.
Once applied, only the sent gifts associated with the selected user(s) will be displayed ๐ฏ

From the My Orders Page, you can:
Download the order invoice ๐
Manage the order โ๏ธ
From the Order Details Page, you can:
โ๏ธ Edit the Order Name โ Rename your gift order for better tracking
๐ฌ Edit Recipient Message โ Update the message that recipients will see
๐ View Recipient Tracking โ Check the status of gift redemptions
๐ Check Recipient Redemption Status โ See which recipients have redeemed or not redeemed their gifts
๐ Copy Invite Link or Download QR Code โ Resend invitations to recipients
๐ Check and Manage Thank You Messages โ View, edit, or disable thank-you messages
๐ Download the Invoice โ Get a copy of your order invoice
๐ Download the Recipient Report โ Access a report of all recipients and their redemption status
โ Approve Recipient Orders (Magic Link & Priceless Shop only) โ Review and approve recipient orders before they are processed
โโ Add or Remove Recipients โ Modify your recipient list as needed
โณ Expire the Order โ Close the gift order if itโs no longer needed
