Wondering how to redeem a gift from a Priceless Shop order? The Priceless Shop experience allows recipients to redeem gifts selected by senders. This guide walks you through the full gift redemption process. From accessing your invitation email to selecting your items, placing your order, and tracking delivery.
Here is a Step-By-Step Guide on How to Redeem a Gift in A Priceless Shop Order:
🟢Accessing Your Gift Invitation
Option 1: Redeem via an Invitation Email:
Open the gift invitation email.
Click the Redeem Items button
You may also copy and paste the link into your browser's address bar.
Option 2: Redeem via Home Page:
If you already have an existing account, you may also redeem the gift directly from your home page.
Check Your Received Gifts
Log in to your existing Stadium account.
Go to your Home dashboard.
Find the Received Gifts section.
📩 Open Your Received Gift
In the Received Gifts section, find your gift. The gift tile displays the sender and the number of items you can redeem.
Click REDEEM.
🎁Redeeming Your Gift
A pop-up page will appear, prompting you to confirm your email address and select your country.
Click the "REDEEM ITEMS" button once everything is correct.
💌 Send a Thank-You Message (Optional)
You can send a thank-you message to the gift sender before selecting your items if this option is available.
Enter your message.
Add an emoji or sticker if you wish.
Click PREVIEW MESSAGE to review it.
Click SUBMIT to send your message.
🛍️ Select Your Gift Items
You will be redirected to the Priceless Shop.
Note the Priceless cart in the top right corner, showing items selected out of the total available.
Browse and select items:
Browse the shop and add items to your cart.
Continue adding items until you reach the specified limit (e.g., 3 items).
The progress bar will update as you add items.
Important: You must select the exact number of items specified for your gift before you can proceed to checkout.
Too few items: You cannot check out until you reach the required item limit.
Too many items: A message will appear, and the checkout button will be disabled. Remove the extra items to continue.
Once you've reached the correct number of items:
A message will confirm that you can proceed to checkout.
You will also see the total number on the gift icon. In this example, it is showing 3/3 items. Click on the gift icon to proceed.
Click the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button to continue.
📦 Enter Your Shipping Address and Place Your Order
Select or edit your shipping address, or add a new address if needed.
Review your selected items.
Click PLACE ORDER to submit your order
🎉Order Confirmation
You will see a confirmation message stating that your order will be shipped once approved by the sender.
You can review your item list again and, if necessary, modify or cancel your order by clicking the "Edit order" link.
Please note that changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order.
⏳ Wait for Gift Sender Approval
Priceless Shop orders require approval from the gift sender before they can be fulfilled.
After placing your order:
You will see a confirmation message explaining that your order will be shipped once approved by the sender.
Your order status will show Pending approval until the sender approves it.
Once approved, the status will change to Processing.
You can use the Edit order link to modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
🚚 Track Your Priceless Shop Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
