Did you receive a gift through Stadium but didn’t get a chance to redeem it? This article explains what happens when a gift or treat goes unredeemed, how long you have to use it, and what to do if you miss the deadline.
Here's what you need to know:
🎁 What Happens If I Don’t Redeem My Gift?
If you don’t redeem your Stadium gift or treat, and the gift sender expires the order, the gift amount will be returned to the person who sent it to you.
⏳ How Long Do I Have to Redeem My Gift?
Stadium gifts do not have a fixed expiration date. The gift sender decides when to expire a gift, so it may remain available until the sender takes action.
To avoid missing your gift:
Check your inbox and spam or junk folder for the original Stadium gift invitation.
Look for reminder emails from Stadium.
Redeem your gift as soon as possible.
⚠️Note: If the email is not from hi@bystadium-mail.com , your gift sender might have sent out the email invitations manually. In this case, no reminder emails will be sent out to the recipients.
🚫 What Happens When the Gift Expires?
Once the sender expires your gift:
You can no longer access or redeem it.
The gift link stops working.
The gift amount returns to the sender’s Stadium account as credit or points.
Stadium does not send expiration notifications because senders can choose to expire gifts at any time. If you open an expired gift link, you’ll see an error message indicating that the gift is no longer available.
❌ Will I Be Notified Before It Expires?
No. Stadium does not send expiration notifications to recipients because gift senders can choose to expire gifts at any time.
✅ However, if you try to access an expired gift link, you’ll see an error message letting you know it is no longer available.
🔄 Can I Still Get the Gift After It Expires?
Not automatically, but you can:
Reach out to the person who sent you the gift
Ask them if they’re able to resend it using their returned credits or points
