From the Home page, you can purchase items in any available shops linked to your account. There are three main ways to access shops: Received Gifts, Pinned Shops, and Live Shops.

In the Received Gifts section, you'll have access to the shops from which you have received gifts.

If there are multiple gifts, click on the three-dot menu (⋯) and select View All Gifts to see all available shop gifts.

Choose a shop from your list of received gifts.

If you haven't redeemed the gift yet, click the REDEEM button to redeem your points and access the shop catalog.

If you have already used your points in the shop but want to purchase again, click the Continue Shopping button to access the shop catalog again.

Scroll down on your Home page to see the Pinned Shops section.

Select a shop from the Pinned Shops section and click the View Shop button to access the shop catalog.

Go to the Shops Page.

For Company Workspace users: If you have permission to access and manage shared shops, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view shops created by other users in your Company Workspace.

Select a shop from your list.

On the shop’s dashboard, click the View Shop button to access the shop catalog and start shopping.

You will be redirected to the menu page of your selected shop. Look for the category labeled "GIFT CARDS" at the top of the menu selections and click on it.

Use the search bar to look for a specific gift card quickly.

Utilize the subcategories to filter options.

Click on the gift card to initiate selection.

Click the "+" button to see the complete product information and redemption instructions.

Review the details carefully.

Click on the drop-down arrow to choose the price of the gift card options are available.

Set the quantity of the gift card you wish to purchase and click "ADD TO BAG".

A small pop-up page will appear; click on "VIEW BAG" or "CHECKOUT".

If you want to add more items, you can close the small pop-up and click BACK TO ALL PRODUCTS to go back to the menu.

Once you're done choosing items, click on the bag icon to proceed to the checkout page.

On the "My Bag" page, you can check all the details about your order, including setting a payment method from your available Stadium funds, adding more items, reviewing the payment breakdown, or going back to shopping. If you are satisfied with your cart, proceed to the checkout page.

Once done, click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT

Set up your shipping address.

Click CONTINUE to save changes.

Choose your preferred pass duration:

Click on the pass duration you want. Your selected option will be highlighted.

Click “ADD PASS” to add Stadium Perks to your order.

Continue with checkout to complete your purchase.

If you don't want to add it, simply click “SKIP” and continue with your order.

At the payment stage, you'll be presented with various payment options.

Once the payment method is added or selected, click on "CONTINUE"

Scroll down and add a billing note for reference on your invoice.

Click SAVE.

Confirm your selection and click "PAY NOW" to complete your redemption process.
