When you open the report, you will see a stacked bar chart and a table below it.
The stacked bar chart visualizes your sales dollars (this can be configured to your preferred KPI) across various time buckets going back either 3 years or 5 years in history, depending on your purchases. The bars are stacked based on your selected product level on how you would like to view the category data. Each stack of the bar represents the share of dollars that that specific product level makes up in the category.
After the chart is a table which may look a little different. The columns are based on the yearly buckets, like your x axis of the chart. Your facts are in the rows. This way you can see each fact for every product level value in each of your years of history in one row. These facts include:
Total Unit Sales: the raw total number of items sold
Total Unit Sales % Change vs Year-Ago: increase or decrease in items sold compared to the prior year
Total $ Sales: total sales of the selected product for the week or month
Total $ Sales % Change vs Year-Ago: indicates growth or decline for the 52 weeks
Total EQ Unit Sales: the equalized volume of items sold
Total EQ Unit Sales % Change vs Year-Ago: Equalized percentage change in items sold compared to the prior year
