The Banned Users page lists the users who have been temporarily or permanently blocked according to the settings in the Lockouts section of the Password Policy page (System Administrator > Security > Password Policy).
Lifting a ban
You can lift a ban from the actions menu of a banned user. The user can then log in to the platform again.
