🟢 WhatsApp Outbound (OB) Messaging via Agent Screen: Rich Templates, Buttons, and Media Support
To make your business communication more interactive, a comprehensive enhancement has been completed for our WhatsApp service provided in collaboration with 360dialog. All rich template message types can now be managed and sent directly through the agent panel.
🛠️ What Has Been Developed?
1. Full Integration with 360dialog Cloud Infrastructure
Full compatibility with the system has been established for all template types supported by the WhatsApp Business API provider 360dialog, including buttons, images, documents, and videos.
2. "Rich Preview" Added to the Agent Panel
A Preview screen has been launched, allowing agents to view content (including media and buttons) exactly as it will appear on a user's phone before sending the message.
3. Smart Parameter Editing Feature Completed
An "Edit" infrastructure has been set up for templates containing parameters (name, tracking number, etc.), enabling agents to fill these fields within seconds via the panel. This ensures that messages reach the end-user with a clean appearance, free of brackets.
4. History and Audit Screens Updated
Functionality has been provided to view all sent rich-content messages in their original design (including files and buttons) across active chat, supervisor monitoring, and historical evaluation screens.
