System Administrator is the first page you will be encountering on the Menu Page.
Location is used to separate call center operations, using the same tenant. If a location is created and assigned to a queue, only supervisors from that specified location will have access to call records based on their queues and location assigned. Typically it is used to help filter large amounts of call records based on location. It can be also used for outsourcers to separate client records.
It can be either edited or deleted by clicking on the hamburger menu icon next to every location defined.
To create new one, please press New icon at the top right of the screen.
Phone numbers can be added to generate more information based on the location. For
example, if a location is based on a specified call center operation, the phone number of the operation can be inputted here.
Similarly, addresses can be added to generate more information based on the location.
Active switch needs to be turned on for the location code to be used within a queue.
If the Exclude Supervisor Dashboard switch is turned on, the respective supervisor will not be able to view the quality control records from this location.
After completing it, please press Save button to finalize it. Afterwards, it will be displayed on the page.
Note: Desired location needs to be defined in the respective queue to benefit out of the location feature.
