The Wrap-up Codes page lets you define wrap-up codes, which are a concise way to record the outcome of a conversation. You can use these codes to access reports quickly: call logs can be accessed based on the wrap-up code result, and reports can be retrieved accordingly.
Note: Wrap-up codes are used only for outgoing calls, not for inbound calls or campaigns.
Editing or deleting a wrap-up code
You can edit or delete an existing wrap-up code by clicking the icon next to its name. Click Edit to modify the code.
Creating a new wrap-up code
Click the New button at the top right of the screen.
Fill out the respective fields.
Click Save to finalize it.
