This tab is used to create a customer satisfaction form, if desired.

General

(A) Activate customer reviews if you wish to receive feedback on your achievements.

(B) Activate automatic publication of a testimonial when it receives more than three stars.

(C) Set up an e-mail template for the satisfaction survey. In addition, there are 2 reminder options to re-send the e-mail. You can set a number of days for each reminder so that the next e-mail is also sent automatically.

Reviews

When a project closes, a review request is sent to your customers. All these reviews can be found here and used to send out e-mails.
