In the event you need to stop your ads temporarily, you have 2 options.

You can pause all your ads but Cactivate would continue to charge you the base fee, though the % of ad spend would be $0 since you wouldn't be spending any money on ads. To do so, simply toggle "Optimizing" to "Pause" on your dashboard and all your ads will be paused immediately. Please note, any ads created directly in Ads Manager will also be paused every 24 hours as Cactivate is still responsible for managing your ads under this state.

If you wish to avoid any fees altogether, you can cancel on your Settings page by logging into Cactivate. You can always come back at a later time if you wish, but please note that you will lose all your data and be subject to our new rates.
