How to Use the CactAI Chatbot

Ask a Question – Instantly start chatting with CactAI for quick answers.
Report a Bug – Opens a short form so we can squash issues as quickly as possible.
Suggest a Feature – Send us your ideas directly for future improvements.
2️⃣ Get Immediate AI Help
When you choose Ask a Question, CactAI will search our help articles and backend knowledge to respond right away — saving you the time of digging through docs.
3️⃣ Escalate to a Human
If the chatbot can’t fully answer your question, just type “Talk to a person”. This immediately pings the entire Cactus team — including executives and customer success — so you still get fast, personalized help.
