What the CactAI Chatbot Does

The chat window (bottom-right corner of your screen) connects you to:

  • Instant answers from our AI chatbot, trained on all Cactus help articles and backend processes

  • Direct forms for reporting bugs or suggesting features so our team can act quickly

  • A quick handoff to a real human when needed


How to Use the CactAI Chatbot

1️⃣ Open the Chat Window

Click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of any Cactus page. You’ll see:

  • Ask a Question – Instantly start chatting with CactAI for quick answers.

  • Report a Bug – Opens a short form so we can squash issues as quickly as possible.

  • Suggest a Feature – Send us your ideas directly for future improvements.

2️⃣ Get Immediate AI Help

When you choose Ask a Question, CactAI will search our help articles and backend knowledge to respond right away — saving you the time of digging through docs.

3️⃣ Escalate to a Human

If the chatbot can’t fully answer your question, just type “Talk to a person”. This immediately pings the entire Cactus team — including executives and customer success — so you still get fast, personalized help.
