In Cactus, managing your subscription, billing history, and account details is easy and user-friendly. This guide will show you how to access and navigate the Account Settings page for quick management of your subscription plan.

Accessing Account Settings

  1. Find the Hamburger Menu:

    • In the bottom left corner of your dashboard, locate the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines).

    • Click the menu and then click your username to reveal the account settings options.

  2. Manage Your Subscription:

    • Once inside your account settings, you'll see an overview of your current subscription status. This includes details like:

      • Plan: The name of your active plan, for example, "Quick Analysis."

      • Status: Shows whether you are on a trial or an active subscription.

      • Next Renewal Date: When your next billing cycle will occur.

      • Price: The cost of your current plan.

  3. Cancel Subscription:

    • If needed, you can easily cancel your subscription by clicking the red Cancel Subscription button located at the bottom left of your subscription box. Note that canceling your subscription will stop any further renewals.

  4. View Billing History:

    • To review past transactions, the Billing History section provides a detailed list of your billing activity. This includes:

      • Date: The date of the transaction.

      • Amount: The payment amount (or trial status if applicable).

      • Status: Whether the invoice has been paid.

      • Invoice Download: You can also download past invoices by clicking the download icon.

Example of Account Management:

Below is an example of what the page will look like once you are subscribed:

  • Plan: Quick Analysis

  • Price: $125/month

  • Status: Trialing

  • Next Renewal: YEAR-MONTH-DAY
