Search Settings	Fuzzy search option
Search for	All keywords Basic info Tag Description
Supplement	AND search by entering a space between words Reductive search by entering a hyphen [-] before words you don't want to appear
Recommendations	When you do not know the drawing number or other information that identifies the drawing you want to find When it is unclear where in the drawing the information you are looking for is located, such as in the notes section of a drawing.

Procedures

Click the button next to the search box and select "Keyword Search"
Type the keyword(s) you wish to search for in the search box and hit the [Enter] button on the keyboard or click the [magnifying glass symbol] on the right side.

Fuzzy search

You can open "Keyword Search Settings" from the icon at the right end of the search bar and turn on (or off) the fuzzy search option.
When fuzzy search is turned on, a red mark will appear on the right side of the search bar, and "Search drawings (fuzzy)" will be displayed in the keyword search bar.

The difference in search between turning the fuzzy search option ON and OFF.

Search history

When you use the function of keyword search, recently used keywords are automatically saved. And it automatically saves recently used keywords as well as frequently used keywords. Up to five recently used keywords and frequently used keywords are displayed.

Keyword Filter

You can add basic information part (*) items to the search criteria simultaneously with keyword search.

Example:

You can search for "U46" and specify the Material "SUS304" as a condition simultaneously in keyword search.

The specified conditions will be displayed below the search bar.

Please note the following points when using:

At the moment, only one condition can be defined per filter.
Multiple filters are combined with AND.

Search Tips

AND search is available by entering spaces between multiple keywords.
- Example: If you search for "cover SUS304," you can search for drawings that include both "cover" and "SUS304" information in the drawing.

Fuzzy search are also possible for both text and numbers using upper/lower case letters.
- Example: When searching for "SUS304", all of the following can be searched.
  - SUS304
  - Sus304
  - sus304

Notes

The search results correspond to a certain level of fuzzy search, so drawings that do not match the exact word may also be displayed in the results.
- Example: If you search for "SUS304", "SUS303" may be included in the search results in addition to "SUS304".
