Please check to see if the email from @caddi.jp/@caddi.com has not been sorted into your junk/spam mail.

If you cannot find it, please email us and we will resend it to you.

①If you open the “Confirm Email” URL link but the screen does not appear:

There is a possibility that the browser you are using is different from our recommended browsers.

The following browsers are recommended when using our services:

・Google Chrome

・Microsoft Edge

*Not available in Internet Explorer

②If you open the “Confirm Email” URL link but the screen does not appear:

You may not be able to connect to the online environment due to your company's intranet or other network settings.

CADDi Drawer is a service that must be used via the Internet, so please use a PC/environment that supports it.

If you open the “Confirm Email” URL link but receive an error message

You may have already completed email verification. Please proceed with the first login steps on this page. If the problem persists, please contact us by e-mail.
