You can register and manage drawings by "Project", search within a project and download "Drawing List" (Excel file).
[Procedure]
(1) How to create a project:
Select "Projects" from the menu at the top of the screen.
Click "Create new Project" in the upper right corner of the screen.
Enter a "Project Name" and click "Create".
What is a project?
Project = a box like a folder with one level. The drawings registered in a project can be searched by project name.
(2)How to add a drawing to a project:
Select the project to which you want to add drawings.
Click "Upload drawings" in the upper right corner of the screen and select the drawing to be registered.
(3) How to download drawings registered in a project:
Select the project from which you want to download the list of drawings
Click the checkbox in the upper left corner of the screen
Click "Download" on the top of the screen, and then click "Drawing"
(4) Rename the project
Select the project you wish to rename.
Click [pencil mark] to the right of the project name
Enter the revised project name and click "Update"

You cannot delete a project that has already been created.
"Download Drawings" is not available for projects with more than 8,000 registered drawings.
