Error when registering a new user

We will explain the error symptoms assumed at the time of user registration.

Flow of new user registration:

"Email Invitation → Email Authentication → Reset Password → Log in"

After you have applied for user registration with us, you will receive an "invitation e-mail" from no-reply@caddi.jp.

You can verify your e-mail address by clicking [Confirm E-mail] in the body of the e-mail.

After resetting your password, please go to https://caddi-drawer.com/ and enter the email address and password you used to reset your password, and log in for the first time.

<Tips>If an error occurs

Issue: I did not receive the password reset email.

Possible Causes:

Authentication has not been completed

The email is in your spam folder.

If your email address has not been verified, please check your email address again.

If the email is in your junk mail, please check your junk/spam folder.

If the above does not solve the problem, please feel free to contact us!

Issue: An error screen appeared when I clicked [Confirm Email] in the body of the email to verify my email address.

Possible causes:

You have already pressed [Confirm Email] at least once in the body of the email (i.e., you have already authenticated).

Since you have already authenticated, please proceed to the first access step to https://caddi-drawer.com/ .
