This section introduces adding comments and graphics to drawings using the “ Annotation” function, saving them, and exporting them to PNG.
Comments and graphics can be added to drawings.
Annotated drawings can be saved.
You cannot search for words and figures in annotations.
【How-To】
Click on a specific drawing from the drawing list to display the “Details” screen. Click [Add Annotation] in the red frame of the drawing information on the right side of the screen to add annotations.
Click [Add Annotation]
Press [Add Annotation] to display the following screen:
(1) Text
Text can be entered.
(2) Shape
Rectangles, circles, and arrows can be entered.
(3) Date Modified / Editor
The last modification date and the editor's ID (e-mail address) are displayed.
(4)Export
PNG file image can be downloaded.
(5) Save
Annotations can be saved in the Drawer annotation function. Once saved, the annotation can be referred to by other users.
【Notes】
Words and figures described in annotations cannot be searched.
