Users may need to make periodic adjustments to their account information to update changes in address information, phone numbers or email addresses. Additionally, users may want to change their password credentials for logging in to CyMetric or set up multi-factor authentication for their account. Please note that EMAIL ADDRESS cannot be changed as it is the unique identifier for the account.
Getting Started: From any page in CyMetric, click on the Account icon in the top right corner of the screen. Users will see from the option list Account. Click on Account and the User Profile page is displayed.
Click on the three-dot ellipsis to access the Edit Profile options. Once in edit mode, make any changes to the available fields to reflect the current information on the account. PLEASE NOTE: Users are only able to edit their own account information. No other users will be available for editing. Organizational Contacts (non-Users) can be edited from the People module.
SECURITY SETTINGS: To modify the security settings for a User, click on the three-dot ellipsis to access the Security settings. From the Security landing page, Users can update their password by filling in the required fields and clicking on the Update Password button.
