Caetra.io pre-populates organization information based upon the initial set up process. Elements of the Organization Details include organization name, address information, Primary Contact* and Secondary Contact*, Billing Contact, Industry, Employee Count and Revenue Information. Lastly, Users see whether or not multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required or optional. Occasionally, the data may need to be adjusted to reflect current organization information
NOTE: Primary and Secondary Contact information are required fields to support MFA implementation. All customers are required to have two contacts identified with current/accurate information. GETTING STARTED: To review current organization information, click on Organization Details from the CyMetric navigation bar on the left portion of the screen.
Organization information will appear on the landing page. Click on the three-dot ellipsis to and select Edit Organization Details. Fields becomne available for editing. Make approrpiate changes to the fields and click onthe Submit button to save the changes.
