CyMetric does not place any limit to the number of Users and Contacts able to be enetered into CyMetric. Recall that CyMetric defines two distinct types of roles within the system: Users and Contacts.
Users are individuals who have been invited and have access to CyMetric. Each User has its own login credential enabling access to CyMetric. Users enter data and perform functions within the CyMetric platform.
Contacts are individuals who do not have access to CyMetric but can be assigned responsibility for certain aspects of the compliance program. CyMetric provides the flexibility to define Users or Contacts as individuals, departments or roles/titles depending upon how an organization chooses to assign responsibility.
While Users can only be edited by the individual account holder, Contacts can be edited by any user with an Editor role. To make a change to a Contact, navigate to the People module by clicking on People from the CyMetric navigation area on the left side of the screen. Click on the Contacts tab at the top portion of the grid.
All Contacts (non-Users) are listed in the grid. Select the caret at the end of the row of the Contact you would like to edit. The Contact details will appear on the page. Click on three-dot ellipsis and select Edit from the available options.
All fields appear and are available for editing. Make appropriate changes to the data and click on the Save Edits button to commit the changes.
