When you invest in fractions through the Cahootz platform, you are buying an ordinary share in an SPV that owns a single property. For instance, if you purchase 2% of the shares in the SPV, you would then be entitled to 2% of the economic interests of the property owned by the SPV, which may include income from rent and or property value appreciation.
