There are 4 permission levels for company users:

  • View only - Users can only view details of the share registry but can’t make any changes.

  • Edit - Users can make changes to the share registry, upload and download documents.

  • Admin - Users can make changes to the share registry, upload and download documents. They can also update payment settings.

  • Account Owner - Users can make changes to the share registry, upload and download documents. They can also update payment settings and invite and change the permission level of other users.
