There are two ways to sign up as an investor / employee to Cake. Importantly, the company you have invested in or your employer will need to ensure they have added your email address into their stakeholder list so that you are recognised as an investor / employee upon signing up + you'll need to make sure you're using the same email address to create your login!
Method 1:
You may have received an email similar to the below -
Click the View Now button at the bottom of the email.
Sign up for a Cake account using the same email address that you received the invitation email to. This should take you straight into your Portfolio to check out your holdings.
Method 2:
Go to our home page and select Sign Up.
Enter your email and set a password then fill out your first and last name. You can also click Sign up with Google or Sign up with LinkedIn to login using your Google or LinkedIn account. Again, it's important that the email address you have used matches what the company has recorded on their side. If you use a different email address, you won't see your holdings!
