The Cake share certificate templates only state the amount 'unpaid'.
The reason the templates do not show the amount 'paid' per certificate, is because this often causes confusion where the shares listed were acquired through different transactions (ie, one as a share issue in a round, and another as a transfer from an existing investor). As the Cake share certificates are 'holding' certificates (rather than transaction based certificates), the amount paid is not added.
To find the amount paid, the investor or company should look to the specific transaction document (for example, the Subscription Agreement, or the transfer form).
In most jurisdictions, the amount paid is not required on share/stock certificates.
