There are two ways you can edit your transactions.

Method 1:

  1. Head to 'Captable' from the main menu.

  2. Click on 'Transactions log' - this will pull up a register of all historical transactions.
N.B. Not all transactions are editable - Share Splits and Share Conversions are not editable. Similar to Shares that were issued as a result of Options being exercised or a Note being converted. To edit these, you will need to delete the transaction altogether and re-exercise the options or re-convert the note.

  3. On any other Shares Issued, Share Transfer or Buy back transaction, click on 'More'.

  4. Click 'Edit Transaction' and update the date, # of shares, or $ paid to the correct value.

  5. Click 'Edit' to finalise.

Method 2:

  1. Head to 'Captable' from the main menu.

  2. Click on 'Shareholders' and choose the relevant shareholder from your registry that you wish to edit.

  3. Scroll down to the Transaction History and click on 'More' on the incorrect transaction.

  4. Click 'Edit Transaction' and update the date, # of shares or $ paid to the correct value.

  5. Click 'Edit' to finalise.

If you need to delete any transactions altogether, follow the same steps as above, but instead of choosing Edit Transaction, you'll see Delete Transaction. This is what you would need to do if you incorrectly added a share split or share conversion but don't worry, it's super quick and easy to add it back in!
