In the main menu select Advanced view

Select Captable and then Note holders

Click + Add your first Note

Choose the relevant Noteholder's name in the drop down box OR if they are not yet a contact in Cake select Add New Noteholder to create a new contact

Select Note Type in the drop down box

Fill in the Total Paid, Issued date, Valuation Cap, Discount Rate, Annual Interest Rate and Maturity Date (if applicable)

Click Issue Note in the bottom right corner
