If you would like to cancel your subscription after the next billing cycle, you must cancel the subscription before the renewal date. You can check this out in the Settings & Billing tab of your account, or check with our team on the online chat in the bottom right corner!

If you don't cancel your account before the end of the billing cycle, you’ll be charged and will retain access to your account until the end of the paid period.
