Existing Policyholders: Set up an online account to manage your policy 24/7 from any device.

By creating your online account today, you will have access to policy documents, billing information and the ability to make changes such as adding or deleting a vehicle, adding a driver or changing your policy coverage.

To create your online account click Sign In at the top right of the screen.

Then click the Create an Account link.

On the Customer Information page complete the required fields and click Continue.

From the Policy Information page, enter the required fields including your 7 or 10 digit policy number and click Continue.

Once you are directed to the Confirm Account page, be sure to check your email for a message from California Casualty. In the email, click Confirm Email Address.

A new window will open confirming you on your new online account has been created. From this screen you can enter your new username and password to log in.

Access to the Account Management Portal (online account) is only available to current policyholders.
