Is California Casualty leaving my state?
Is California Casualty leaving my state?
Updated over a week ago

In 2023, California Casualty made the decision to reduce its national footprint and continue to do business only in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Oregon, and Wyoming, where the vast majority of California Casualty policyholders reside.

If you are an existing policyholder in AZ, CA, CO, ID, KS, OR, or WY, this change will not have any impact on you.

For Policyholders Outside of AZ, CA, CO, ID, KS, OR, and WY:

If you are an existing California Casualty policyholder in a state NOT listed above, you will receive notifications of non-renewal prior to your policy expiration date(s).

As long as your policy remains in good standing, your coverage will remain effective until the policy expiration date. However, we recommend that you plan accordingly to obtain coverage through a different carrier to ensure you remain protected.

Our Agency Services department is available to provide assistance. This is our dedicated team of California Casualty licensed advisors who are specially trained to help you obtain quotes and the coverage you need through a different trusted insurance carrier. To speak with Agency Services, please call 1-877-652-2638.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks for your trust in California Casualty as your insurance provider. It has been our privilege to serve you and your family.
