Your automatic payment will be deducted each month on the date that you selected when you enrolled in E-Z Pay (from the 1st of the month through the 28th).
In order to stop or change your automatic payment, please notify us at least 10 days prior to your due date, if not sooner. Any closer to the due date, California Casualty is unable to stop the payment or make any changes to the billing.
