How the Agent Chooses a Channel
When you configure an Agent to engage prospects across multiple channels, it evaluates each contact’s available data to determine the best route.
The Agent will generate email outreach if the prospect has a valid email address.
CallSine automatically validates all emails to protect your sending reputation and avoid bounce risks.
If an email is invalid, the Agent skips email for that prospect.
Note: You don’t need to run separate validation—CallSine handles this behind the scenes during lead processing.
If the prospect has a valid LinkedIn URL, the Agent will intelligently decide whether to send:
InMail
Connection Request
Or both
The Agent uses LinkedIn data to determine the best outreach method, maximizing your chances of connecting and driving engagement.
Phone (with Dialer enabled)
If the prospect has a valid phone number, the Agent will route them to CallSine’s dialer. From there, you or your team can follow up directly by phone.
