Overview
Content Strategies are the engine behind your Agent’s messaging. They guide what the Agent writes and allow it to test multiple outreach approaches to find what performs best. This guide explains what they are, how they’re generated, and how they evolve as your Agent gathers data.
What is a Content Strategy?
A Content Strategy is like a high-context prompt for the LLM. It’s automatically written by your Agent based on what you provided in the Campaign Wizard—including:
Your target persona
Company knowledge and value props (via Materials)
Your campaign goal
Any additional instructions or context
The Agent feeds this strategy into CallSine’s LLMs to generate personalized, on-brand sales messaging.
Note: A Content Strategy is just one piece of the system that powers your Agent’s outreach.

How Content Strategies Are Used
Each Agent generates multiple Content Strategies. Here’s how the Agent uses them:
Initial Assignment: When outreach begins, prospects are randomly assigned one of the available strategies.
Performance Tracking: As messages go out and responses come in, the Agent tracks which strategies are performing best—and with whom.
Smart Routing: Over time, the Agent automatically adjusts which strategies are used based on observed success.
Example: If Strategy A performs well with VPs, the Agent will begin assigning Strategy A more often to new VP-level prospects.

Managing Content Strategies
While your Agent is designed to optimize Content Strategies automatically, you also have options for managing them directly.

Troubleshooting Content Strategies
Are your strategies missing the mark or not reflecting the information you expect?
Content Strategies are created primarily from the Materials you provide, along with other inputs from the Campaign Wizard.
If your strategies feel off-base:
Review the Materials you’ve assigned.
Add or update them with higher-quality or more relevant content.
Re-generate Content Strategies to ensure the Agent is using the right inputs.
Tracking Content Strategy Success
You can track the performance of individual Content Strategies in the Reporting tab of the Campaign Editor.
This will display your Agent’s stats divided by Content Strategy, including:
How many prospects have been assigned to each strategy
How each strategy is performing over time
