Overview
The Outreach Agent is designed to run without ongoing input—once launched, it automatically sources prospects, generates personalized outreach, and books meetings. That means you can focus on other parts of your pipeline while it works in the background.
That said, you can still monitor, guide, and update your Agent at any time. The Campaign Editor page is your command center for managing a live Agent.
Starting or Pausing Your Outreach Agent
To launch your Agent, click Launch Outreach Agent at the top right of the Campaign Editor page.

To pause your Agent, click the same button—when the Agent is active, it will show Pause instead.
While paused, no outreach will be sent.
When you re-launch, the Agent will pick up where it left off and apply any edits you’ve made.
Managing People in Your Campaign
Viewing Prospects
To see a full list of the prospects your Agent has sourced, navigate to the People tab. This table displays every prospect in your campaign, whether sourced automatically or uploaded manually.
Viewing Sent Outreach
If you want to see exactly what outreach has been sent and to whom:
Open the People Table via the left navigation bar.
Click Open Search in the top bar.
Apply the following filters:
Agent → [Your Agent’s Name]
Has Sent Messages → Yes
This will display all prospects who have received outreach from the selected Agent.
Sorting and Reviewing Messages
To review by recency, sort the table by the Last Contacted column.
To view the full outreach history for a prospect, click View Messages in their row. This will show every message generated and sent for that prospect.
To see more information on a prospect, you can do one of the following:
Click the prospect’s card in the People tab to see the prospect intelligence the Agent has gathered
Search the prospect by name in the Search Bar at the top left of the page to view their Profile, which contains their full bio and outreach history
Navigate to the people icon in CallSine’s left menu bar to go to the People Table, where you can filter through your leads and see additional details in bulk
Editing Your Outreach Agent
To update your Agent, go to the Guidance tab in the Campaign Editor.
From here, you can provide natural language instructions to adjust the Agent’s behavior—whether you want to refine messaging, shift targeting, or prioritize a specific value prop.
Tracking Successes
At a glance:
When you log in to CallSine the first place you'll be taken is your Dashboard. Here, you'll be able to see what your Outreach Agents have been up to at a glance via the Daily Digest.
The Daily Digest compiles high-level statistics for what your Agents have accomplished today in a few forms: In writing, in a chart displaying your sent emails, and in a chart displaying your draft emails.
Below the Daily Digest, you'll be able to see each of your Outreach Agents, their statuses, and all of the same information from the Activity tab in the Campaign Editor (Activity Logs, Summary Chart, Grid View).
At the campaign level:
Go to the Reporting tab in the Campaign Editor to see:
Outreach volume by channel
Number of successes (replies, meetings, etc.)
Performance breakdown by Content Strategy
The Agent uses this data too—it automatically adjusts which strategies to keep or retire based on results.
At the account level:
You can view full performance metrics in CallSine’s Analytics Suite, located in the left-hand menu.
