Parents and guardians can link their accounts to their child’s profile through the student dashboard. Here is a step by step guide that explains the process.
The parent or guardian must Log In to the student’s profile.
Once signed in, navigate to the menu bar at the top right of the screen and select the menu icon (three little lines).
Scroll down the menu and select Linked Accounts. This will open a new page.
Here you will enter your parent or guardian profile email address and select ‘send request’.
You will then need to log out of the student’s profile and log in to your parent profile.
When logged in to your parent profile you will receive a notification to link your account.
Select ‘accept’ on this notification and the accounts will then be linked.
Adding a New Guardian Account
You can add a new guardian account without affecting the existing one. CambriLearn supports the creation of additional guardian accounts, ensuring that the current guardian retains their access. This flexibility allows multiple guardians to manage and monitor student profiles simultaneously.
Delinking a Guardian
If you wish to remove an existing guardian’s access, a delinking request must be submitted to Customer Support (the owner of the profile to be removed must be included in this request). This process ensures that access permissions are updated securely and accurately.
