How to Create a Mercury User & Enable SSO
Follow these steps to create a Mercury user and enable Single Sign-On (SSO) access.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Navigate to User Management
Go to Create and Manage Users in your dashboard.
2. Create a Mercury User
Locate the person icon labeled “Create Mercury User.”
Click the icon next to the user you want to enable.
You’ll see a confirmation message:
“Mercury user created.”
3. Enable Single Sign-On (SSO)
After creating the Mercury user:
Select the option to enable Single Sign-On (SSO) for that user.
4. Repeat for Additional Users
Repeat the steps above for any additional users as needed.
What to Expect
After completing these steps:
✅ The user will have a Mercury account
✅ SSO will be enabled for seamless login
✅ The user can access Mercury (once texting is enabled)
Tips & Best Practices
Make sure texting is enabled before creating users
Enable SSO immediately after user creation
Double-check that you’re selecting the correct user
