Overview
As an account owner in Pulsar, you can mark doors or walkbooks as fraudulent when suspicious activity is detected.
Marking a walkbook as fraudulent will:
Remove all associated survey results
Remove any collected tag counts
Exclude the data from server reports
This helps ensure your reporting stays accurate and trustworthy.

š§ Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Identify Suspicious Activity in the Activity Log
Navigate to the Activity Log
Look for unusual activity (e.g., canvassers appearing far outside their assigned turf)
Click into the activity to review details
š” Example: A canvasser showing activity 100,000+ feet away from their assigned location
2. Verify the Issue
Confirm the canvasser is not operating in the correct area
Double-check map/location data to validate the discrepancy
3. Review Survey Reports
Go to Survey Reports
Filter results for the current day (or relevant timeframe)
Identify the canvasserās reported door count
4. Locate the Completed Walklists
To navigate to Completed Walklists, select "Doors", then "Completed Walklist"
Find the walkbook associated with the suspicious activity
5. Mark the Walkbook as Fraudulent
Select the walkbook
Click Mark as Fraudulent
Confirm the action when prompted
ā ļø You will see a confirmation message:
āThis will remove this walkbook from all survey reports and remove any tags collected. Would you like to proceed?ā
Click Confirm
6. Confirm Data Removal
Return to Survey Reports
Verify that the canvasserās results have been removed
ā The fraudulent data should no longer appear in reporting
ā Expected Outcome
After completing these steps:
Fraudulent walkbook data is removed
Survey results are no longer counted
Tags collected from those doors are cleared
Reports reflect only valid activity

This action is permanent and cannot be undone
Only account owners should perform this action
Always verify suspicious activity before marking as fraudulent
