How to buy a gift card
Getting a Campanyon gift card is quick and easy:
Go to our gift card page
Pick an amount that fits your budget: You can choose one of our suggested amounts or enter a custom amount.
Enter the recipient’s email and an optional personal message:
If the gift card should be sent directly to someone, enter the recipient’s email and include a personal message if you wish.
If you prefer to give the gift card yourself, enter your own email—but remember to include the recipient’s name and message.
Choose when to send it: Decide whether to send the gift card instantly or schedule it for a specific date and time.
Complete your purchase: Once your order is complete, the gift card will be sent to the specified email.
Tip: If you’d like to gift a physical copy, simply have the gift card sent to your own email, print it out, and hand it over in person.
How to use a gift card
Redeeming a Campanyon gift card is just as easy:
Find your adventure on Campanyon
Go to checkout: When you’re ready to book, proceed to the checkout page.
Click “Have a promo code/gift card? Redeem”: This will open the gift card redemption field.
Enter your gift card code and apply the balance.
What you meed to know:
If your booking costs more than the gift card balance, you can pay the difference using your preferred payment method.
If your booking costs less, the remaining balance will stay on your gift card for future use.
Do Gift Cards Expire?
Nope! Campanyon gift cards never expire, so you can book your adventure whenever you’re ready.
Note: We have recently removed the expiration date from our gift cards. If your gift card still shows an expiration date, please contact us and provide your gift card code, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Can I use multiple gift cards?
Right now, you can only use one gift card per booking. If you have multiple gift cards, please contact us and include all your gift card codes via our chat, and we’ll help you combine them.
Are There Any Additional Fees on the Gift Card?
No, we do not charge any extra fees for purchasing a gift card.
Can I Check the Balance on a Gift Card?
Yes, you can. Click on “Check your gift card balance” at the bottom of our gift card page and enter your code.
Can I Combine a Gift Card with Other Discount Codes or Promotional Offers?
It is not possible to combine a gift card with other discount codes or promotional offers.
Can You Resend a Gift Card?
Although we’d love to help, we unfortunately cannot resend a gift card. A gift card functions as a bearer instrument - much like cash - and can only be used by the person who physically possesses it.
We recommend searching your email for “Owayy”, “GoGlamping”, or “Campanyon” to locate it.
Other Terms and Conditions for Campanyon Gift Cards:
Gift cards never expire – you can embark on an adventure whenever you wish.
The amount on the gift card can be used partially or in full, depending on the booking price.
There is no limit to the amount that can be added to a gift card balance.
Campanyon reserves the right to cancel any gift card if there is suspicion of fraud or unauthorized activity.
If a gift card is eligible for a refund, 10% of the paid amount will be deducted to cover administration, bank fees, and payment system costs. If you wish to receive a refund, please contact us with your gift card code and the account details for the transfer.
Gift cards can be used at all locations.
