Change or cancel booking

Need to view, modify, or cancel your booking? Here’s how:

View Your Booking

  1. Log in to your Campanyon account.

  2. Select “My Trips” from the menu.

  3. Click on the trip you’d like to view to see all the details.


Modifying your booking

Currently, bookings cannot be modified directly through your account. If you need to change your booking details (such as dates or guest information), please contact our Support Heroes by using the chat in the bottom right corner. Changes depend on the host’s availability and policies.


Canceling your booking

IIf you need to cancel your trip, please follow these steps:

  • Go to “My Trips” in your account.

  • Click on the booking you wish to cancel.

  • Click on 'Cancel Booking' and provide a reason in the comment field for the host.

Your refund will depend on the host’s cancellation policy. You can view the cancellation terms in your booking details or read our full cancellation policy for more information.


Can't see your booking?

If you’ve made a booking and can’t find it, we recommend logging in with the email you used during the booking and clicking on “My Trips.”

If you still can’t see your booking, try a different browser or open a private/incognito window. If the issue continues, feel free to contact us - we’re happy to help!


Amount reserved, but booking was declined or expired

If you submitted a booking request, the amount is reserved on your account.


If the request is declined or expired, the amount will automatically be released – usually within 1-5 business days depending on your bank.

There can be several reasons why a booking request gets declined. You can usually see the host’s explanation by logging in.
