When is check-in and check-out?

This information is listed on the listing as well as in your booking confirmation.


Is cleaning included?

At most places, cleaning is included. If you're unsure, check the listing description or see if a cleaning fee is added during checkout.
If nothing is mentioned, you can assume it’s included in your Campanyon stay.


Are pets allowed?

This depends on the individual stay. You can see if pets are allowed on the listing under "Pet friendly: yes/no". You can also filter for pet-friendly stays.

Please note that in some cases, an additional fee may apply. This will appear automatically when you add a pet during the booking process, or as an extra on the listing.


Are bed linen and towels included? Are there duvets and pillows?

At most places, yes – but always check the “Facilities” section on the listing to be sure.


How do I find my way to the place?

The exact address is sent once your booking is confirmed. Some hosts also send a welcome message with further details.
You can always contact the host via your profile.


Is parking available?

You’ll find this under “Facilities” on the listing.


Can I bring children?

Some places, yes – you can see options for adults and children when selecting dates and guests on the listing or search page.


Is electricity and water available?

Often yes – but it depends on the place. Check the “Facilities” section on the listing.


Are there kitchen facilities or the possibility to cook?

Most places offer either a private or shared kitchen. Check the facilities and photos on the listing for exact details.


Why can't I select the number of nights I want?

The host sets their own minimum and maximum stay requirements - for example, some places may require a minimum of 2 nights, while others might only allow stays up to 5 nights at a time.

These settings are based on the host’s preferences and practical needs, and unfortunately, they cannot be changed.

If you're looking for a shorter or longer stay, we recommend using the filters and selecting your desired number of nights - that way, you'll only see places that match your needs.
