Why It Matters
All payouts from bookings made on Campanyon are processed through Stripe. To ensure you receive your funds without delays, it’s important that your bank account details in Stripe are up-to-date and correct.
How to Update Your Bank Account in Stripe
Because of privacy and security policies, Campanyon cannot make changes to your Stripe account or banking details on your behalf. You’ll need to log into your Stripe Express account directly to make the update.
Here’s how:
Log into your Stripe Express account
Use the link provided in the original email from Stripe when you onboarded with Campanyon.
Alternatively, go to https://connect.stripe.com/express_login and request a login link using the email address associated with your Campanyon host account.
Access your payout settings
Once logged in, navigate to the Payout Details or Account section.
Update your bank account
Follow the prompts to change your bank account information.
Double-check all details to avoid any issues with future payouts.
Save and confirm
Stripe may ask for identity verification when changes are made — this is standard and helps keep your account secure.
